One-time & quarterly fees

What does weekly tuition include?
Apart from the enrollment and quarterly supply fees, the weekly rate covers a normal week of care. There is no separate meal fee and no lunchbox to pack.

When is tuition due?
Tuition is paid weekly, in advance. The day you pay sets the price for that week: Monday payments get the discount rate, payments Tuesday through Thursday cost more, and Friday payments are the full published rate. For an infant, that is the difference between $200 and $235 for the same week.
Tuition holds your child's spot, so it is due whether or not your child attends that week, including holiday and weather-closure weeks. Rates are reviewed once a year, and families get written notice before any change. Need care for a single day? Drop-in care is $90, paid before drop-off.
How does CCS change the number?
With a CCS child care scholarship, you don't pay the weekly rate above. Approved families pay a parent share of cost, usually called the copay, and the scholarship pays the provider the rest of the approved rate. Ask us about current CCS status. Texas says that copay will not exceed 7% of the family's household income (checked September 16, 2026). Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas sets your exact amount from your income and family size.

Tuition includes hot breakfast, hot lunch, afternoon snack, and learning materials. There is a one-time $150 enrollment fee and a $50 supply fee every three months.
Why is the Monday rate lower?
Tuition is due in advance each week. Pay on Monday and you get the discount rate, for example $200 instead of $235 for infants. Tuesday through Thursday payments add $20 for most age groups, and Friday payments are the full published rate. It rewards on-time payment and keeps rates predictable.
How does the referral offer work?
Refer a new student who enrolls and you get 50% off your first week of tuition. It is one per family and not combinable with other discounts. Mention the family you referred when you tour or apply and we apply it to your first week's tuition. The offer is for referrals only and is never tied to leaving a review.
Can ABC help with a CCS scholarship for tuition?
Yes, enrollment help is available for CCS child care scholarships, formerly CCMS, through Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas. Approved families pay a parent share of cost, or copay, set by Workforce Solutions. We help families complete the application together. Ask us about current CCS status before planning around it.
Do I pay tuition when my child is absent or on a holiday?
Yes. Weekly tuition holds your child's spot, so it is due whether or not your child attends, including weeks with a holiday or weather closure. Pay on Monday for the lowest rate that week. Rates are reviewed once a year, and families get written notice before any change takes effect.
Do you offer drop-in or part-time daycare?
Our published rates are weekly, for full days Monday through Friday. For a single day, drop-in care is $90, paid before drop-off, and it includes the same meals and activities. If you need a regular part-time schedule, call (972) 884-0222 and ask what is available for your child's age group.
Can I claim daycare costs on my taxes?
Possibly. Work-related child care costs may count toward the federal Child and Dependent Care Credit, and some employers offer a dependent care FSA.
