Why a daycare with transportation in Ennis, TX makes the commute work

Which schools and times are covered?
We transport to and from local schools near our Ennis center. Routes and times are being confirmed school by school, so routes and times are confirmed with each family at enrollment. Ride times follow each school's bell schedule, which is why we don't publish one timetable for everyone.
Safety on every ride
- • Staff take attendance on every ride, the same way they do in class.
- • Only adults on your authorized pick-up list can collect your child from the center, and a valid photo ID is required.
- • If your child won't ride on a given day, call the center as early as you can so staff aren't searching for a child who went home.
- • Every teacher and assistant passes a background check and completes the annual training Texas HHSC requires.
What happens on school holidays and breaks?
When school is out, the center isn't. We stay open during most school breaks, including fall, winter, spring, and summer break, and school-age children can come for the full day, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with hot breakfast, hot lunch, and afternoon snack included. We close only on our listed major holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, and weather closures follow Ennis ISD decisions.
Full days during breaks are billed at the All Day Schooler rate ($190 a week when paid on Monday), while regular school weeks use the After School Care rate ($155 a week when paid on Monday). Every rate is on our published tuition page.
Can I pay for school-age care with CCS?
Texas CCS child care scholarships, formerly called CCMS, can help pay for care for children from birth to age 12, so before and after-school care can qualify for eligible families. In Ellis County, scholarships are run by Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas. We sit with you and complete the application together, and Workforce Solutions decides eligibility and your copay.

What ages can ride ABC's school transportation?
School transportation is for children in our after-school program, ages 6 to 12. If your child is in kindergarten, call us before you enroll so we can confirm whether their school and grade are on a route. Routes and times are always confirmed with each family at enrollment, never assumed.
How much does daycare with school transportation cost?
