Who we are
ABC Early Learning Academy is a licensed child care center at 1700 Cedar Run Road, Ennis, TX 75119. This policy covers abcearlyacademy.com and the forms we run on Facebook and Instagram. If you have a question about it, email info@abcelacademy.com or call (972) 884-0222.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, phone number and email, your child's name and age, when you need care, and anything else you tell us. The application request form also asks about your household, work schedule, income range and child care assistance, so we can tell you which options fit your family.
- What you send us through a Facebook or Instagram form: the same kind of contact details and answers. Meta passes them to us.
- Job applications: your contact details, work history and the resume you upload.
- How you use the site: the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level) and how you found us. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel collect this. We also save, in your own browser, where you first came from, so your form tells us how you found us.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you back about tours, openings, tuition and enrollment.
- To review job applications.
- To send you a confirmation email when you fill out one of our forms.
- To see which pages and ads bring families to us, and to show our ads to people nearby who may need child care.
We don't use your information for anything else, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run our website and email: Netlify (our website and forms), Resend (confirmation emails), Microsoft 365 (our email), Google (Analytics and the maps on our pages) and Meta (the Pixel and our Facebook and Instagram forms). Each one handles your information for us under its own privacy policy. We share information with government agencies only when the law requires it, including Texas child care licensing rules.
Cookies and ads
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies and similar tools to count visits and measure our ads. Meta may use the Pixel to show our ads to people who visited our website, and when you fill out a form, Meta may receive a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email or phone number so it can match the visit to a Facebook account. To limit this, you can:
- change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings,
- install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on,
- block or clear cookies in your browser.
The site still works if you do.
Children
Our website is for parents and guardians. We don't collect information directly from children. A parent may tell us a child's name and age so we can find the right classroom.
How long we keep it
We keep form details as long as we need them to answer you. We keep them longer only when your family enrolls or you join our team and Texas child care rules require us to keep records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security
Our website and forms are encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and only the people on our team who answer families and applicants can see form details. No website is perfectly secure, so please don't send medical records or Social Security numbers through our forms.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page. This version took effect on October 26, 2026. Our terms of use cover the rest of how the site works.
